In 20-plus years at H&W, Rupert has litigated hundreds of lawsuits, winning each case he has taken through trial and appeal, including arguments before the U.S. Ct of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and multiple arbitrations. He is a certified mediator, and assists clients in reaching out-of-court solutions.
