I am a fresh graduate from Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto majoring in psychology with a great passion for working in the human resources field. I was active in several organizations and committees as a member and coordinator and carried out duties as a member and guided team members when I was a coordinator. I carry out organizational and committee activities while remaining focused on running my studies until I graduate on time. In addition, I have independent study experience (MSIB) in the field of digital human resources. I studied a lot of HRD tasks and functions such as HR administration, recruitment and selection, training and development, as well as HR SOP. Apart from that, I also have internship experience at the Biro Psikologi Terapan Sakura where I was responsible for conducting assessments and making assessments reports. I have strong communication skills, hard work in teams and individually, and a strong desire to learn. I am looking for opportunities to contribute more deeply to the Human Resources industry to be able to apply my knowledge and interests, as well as utilize my skills and experience to provide a positive impact.
