Harry B••• is a senior real estate professional based in Athens. He started his career in Thessaloniki in 2003 as a surveying engineer and in 2007 he switched to the profession of property valuation where he was accredited as a Member of RICS in 2009. He worked for several years as a certified real estate valuer and consultant holding senior and management positions. He specialized in industrial, logistic and commercial properties and carried out significant real estate transactions in industrial zones and high streets. In 2015 he was assigned the position of CEO of a construction company which operates in the design, construction, sale and management of luxury holiday homes in Northern Greece. Harry managed funds of international investors and made sales to local and foreign buyers. In 2022 he moved to Athens where he was assigned the position of Investment Director of MIBS Group specializing in the investment and development of luxury residential projects in Attica. In his current role he is responsible for locating and valuating new investments, legal and technical due diligence, finalizing the SPA and then the projects planning and costing, drafting contracts with contractors and monitoring the construction work.
