Organize and oversee day to day operation and maintenance for the Mother Station and Daughter Station, planning the delivery schedule regularly to ensure CNG supply chain are being achieved in a timely manner. Follow up on any actions, quickly address any difficulties, and escalate issues with the supervisor where necessary in order to ensure uninterruptible gas supply to customers. Coordinating activities for the permit and licenses application related to Mother Station and Daughter Station in order to ensure the equipment compliance with procedures, standards and regulations for operation and maintenance. Establish training for operational personnel prior to loading of CNG at Mother Station and unloading of CNG to customers in order to maintain the level of competency and knowledge of operational personnel to operate and maintain the Mother Station and Daughter Station is sufficient and effective. Prepare governance reports, plant status reports, presentations, agendas, and maintain logs related to the activities for Mother Station, Daughter Station and logistics in order to ensure properly recorded. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with contractors, customers, suppliers and local authorities in order to ensure that the relationship between the company and external party are positive and constructive. Perform duties in a safe and healthy manner. Working according to the instructions and always complying with the Safety and Health rules, procedures and practices in order to have safe, healthy and conducive working environment. Prepare budget for Operation Department annually.
