Since I transitioned into product management, I've worked with a cross-sectional team developing learning management software for an ed-tech firm. My previous job experience also exposed me to using tools like Jira, Confluence, Google Docs, and Figma to provide customer-centric solutions for users. With a background in Media and Communication, I am also very skilled in ensuring stakeholder buy-in and collaborating seamlessly with various teams to launch products successfully.
