Welcome to my profile! I am currently working as a Market Analyst at Amrop Portugal, a global company which delivers executive search and leardership advisory. Before this experience, I worked for a year in Media at GroupM Portugal (part of WPP) as an Operations Programmatic Trainee, where I was responsible for the set-up, management and reporting of programmatic campaigns. I used especially softwares like DV360, Xandr, Campaign Manager, Sizmek and Adform. Concerning my education, I have a Bachelor's degree in Management from Nova SBE and a Master's in Management with an expertise in Marketing also from Nova SBE. During this time, I was able to develop not only my hard skills regarding management and all its fields, but also my soft skills, such as communication, leadership, and teamwork. Overall, I am passionate about Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Strategy and Psychology. I can describe myself as a creative, organized, motivated, ambitious, and proactive person who is passionate about thinking outside of the box and coming up with new ideas.
