I have been working as an Assistant Manager in the Human Resource (HR) department at Spark Group for the past 2 years. Before this, I spent 3.3 years in the Human Resources department at Southern Medical and Technology Institute and 4.8 years in customer relations service at Walton Group. I have managed talent acquisition, leave management, documentation, performance appraisals and other key HR functions. I am pursuing a PGDHRM from BiMS and have completed an EMBA in HRM from City University. My major interest is to work for the human resource department to develop my career.
