As a dedicated Obstetrician-Gynecologist and University Lecturer at Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy, I am passionate about advancing women’s health through clinical excellence, academic leadership, and innovative research. With extensive experience in gynecologic oncology surgery, laparoscopic techniques, maternal-fetal medicine, and ultrasonography, I strive to provide cutting-edge care while mentoring the next generation of medical professionals. In my role at Elias University Emergency Hospital, I have played a key part in developing the gynecologic oncology surgery department, combining patient-centered care with technological advancements. My academic contributions include co-authoring several textbooks and publishing numerous scientific articles that aim to bridge research with practical applications in obstetrics and gynecology. I started developing my skills in Obstetrics and Gynecology during my training at Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy, and they grew through years of hands-on practice at Elias University Emergency Hospital. Over time, I have specialized in gynecologic oncology, maternal-fetal medicine, and minimally invasive techniques like laparoscopy, which are central to my practice and teaching. In addition to my clinical work, I am passionate about mentoring and educating the next generation of specialists. I actively provide subspecialty courses in gynecologic oncology, helping doctors gain the expertise they need to excel in this challenging and vital field. These courses are designed to combine theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on training, ensuring participants are fully equipped to deliver high-quality care in their own practices.
