Throughout my career, I have demonstrated proficiency in understanding the pulse of the target customer identifying potential pain points and building effective solutions to boost adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction for Products that I manage. My focus on digital products aligns with a broader skill set, including extensive experience in Client, Stakeholder, and Team Management, as well as handling a variety of tools such as- Backlog Management tools (Jira, Azure Devops), Analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and Content & Personalisation tools (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target) in addition to MS Excel, Powerpoint and PowerBI.
