As an executive search consultant at ScaleBlaze, I partner with founders, boards, and investors to help find the next transformative leader - someone with the vision, depth, and courage to scale progress and shape the next era of energy. We help companies in energy, industry, and climate tech solve their most important people challenges by connecting exceptional leaders with the organizations building the systems the world runs on. I have a background in financial planning and analysis, with five years of experience in the railroad industry, providing broad exposure to diverse markets and operational environments. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the Haskayne School of Business. Outside of work, I’ve actively contributed to the business community through national and international case competitions. As a judge, entrepreneurship coach, team captain and participant, I’ve developed and mentored sustainable business strategies and led student teams through high-pressure problem-solving environments, which has strengthened my leadership, and critical thinking abilities to approach to complex financial challenges.
