With over 5 years of experience in information technology engineering, I have developed core competencies in cloud and network management, system administration, and IT support. My mission is to provide innovative and reliable IT solutions that enhance the efficiency, security, and performance of the organization. I have a strong background in computer engineering and a passion for learning new technologies and skills. I currently work as an information technology engineer at Cementir Holding, a global leader in the cement industry. At Cementir Holding, I am responsible for installing, configuring, and administering Windows Server operating systems, managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, SCCM, MDM, and IIS services, and managing the network environment using Cisco Meraki. I also administer and support Microsoft Office 365 services, Microsoft Azure cloud services, and Microsoft SharePoint. I provide 2nd and 3rd level support, develop and maintain vendor relations, manage agreements and budgets, and plan and execute IT projects. Some of the skills that I use in my daily work are Office 365 administration, cloud management, network administration, patching and vulnerability management, and project management. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team that strives for excellence and innovation.
