I enjoy working with driven people, perhaps influenced by my own top-level sports background (rowing). It's no coincidence that I work in the challenging world of Venture Capital. Investing in early-stage software founders who want to scale fast and do good for the world. Proud and humble to play a role to turning the ambitions and dreams of founders into reality. My strengths are opportunities spotting, results-oriented and always striving for the win-win. As a competitive rower, I wanted to get the most out of myself, while as a coach, I am able to bring out the best in others.
