Founder and CEO of NextGen Security, a company I launched in 2012 to bring a smarter, more responsive approach to electronic security systems integration. Headquartered just outside Philadelphia, with major operations in Houston and regional offices across the U.S, we specialize in protecting critical infrastructure for regulated industries, helping our clients stay secure while keeping their operations running smoothly. Before starting NextGen, I led global security operations at FirstService Security, overseeing two major brands: Intercon in Canada and Security Services and Technologies (SST) in the U.S. Prior to that, I founded SST and grew it from the ground up to a $200M enterprise through a mix of organic growth and strategic acquisitions, eventually selling the company to a global security leader. My work today centers on two things: integrated security and giving back. I’m passionate about helping the next generation lead with purpose, and I stay hands-on in both business and philanthropy. I support grassroots organizations that make a real difference in the lives of children, the elderly, and those in need. Philanthropy is a core part of my mission, and I’m passionate about giving back in ways that create lasting impact.
