Patrick D••• is a seafood professional native to San Diego, CA. He has “egg to plate”experience in the aquaculture space, having built and operated the first marine hatchery for Cobia in Panama, and then going on to be the first person to build the market demand for cobia on a national scale. Patrick is not just a salesperson, he is a thought leader in the blue revolution. He attended the University of Miami for undergraduate and graduate school, earning a degree in Marine Affairs and Policy, specializing in Marine Aquaculture. Patrick’s career has been spent advancing aquaculture operations in every aspect: sales, marketing, product development, go-to market strategy and production. He has performed quality analysis, import and export, developed national sales and marketing campaigns for a variety of species, and a variety of other roles. His career is built on establishing new markets for high end aquaculture species through his passion and unique ability of applying a scientific understanding of seafood quality, aquaculture, and sustainability to sales and marketing.
