Having 6 Years of Experience in the Textile industry I have gained hand on experience on Merchandising, Costing, Product Development, Consumption Analysis and Optimization, SMV Analysis, Line Balancing, Efficiency boosting, Supplier Management, Control Plan Building and Monitoring, Final Inspection, Compliance Management, Process Assessment and so on. I strongly believe in Teamwork, Adaptability and stay focused on action and challenges to bring the best possible result within a specific timeline. I hold a bachelor's degree in Textile and Apparel Merchandising from Bahir Dar University, where I graduated with a 3.75 GPA. Additionally, I have over Six and a half years of experience as a Merchandiser and Marketing Officer at DBL Group Ethiopia and 2MAK Polybag Factory. Currently, I am proud to serve as a Production Leader at Decathlon Ethiopia, where I have already gained invaluable learning experiences and continue to grow professionally As the Industrialization Production Leader at Decathlon Ethiopia, I have successfully spearheaded the scaling of production processes, optimizing our supply chain to enhance productivity while upholding stringent quality standards. My expertise in manufacturing technology, lean methodologies, and team management has allowed me to drive operational excellence and contribute to sustainability initiatives on a global scale. With a proven track record of implementing impactful process improvements and effectively managing cross-functional teams, I am eager to explore new opportunities where I can continue to make meaningful contributions to industrialization and production.
