My journey with Dialogue spanned from startup to scaleup to IPO, where I led operational efficiency, strategic projects, new service development, and corporate strategy. My time as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Co allowed me to gain a broad set of business skills and experiences, delivering impact across a wide range of industries including health benefits, retail, and consumer goods. I love to jump into dynamic, fast-paced environments and work collaboratively with teams to grow & improve businesses.
