As a passionate and dedicated attorney since 2002, I specialize in corporate law, encompassing a broad interest in diverse legal areas. My expertise lies particularly in advising both national and international businesses on foreign investment funds, with a notable focus on the acquisition of rural land for forestry and agriculture assets. My contributions have significantly impacted some of the largest forestry investment transactions in Uruguay. My approach is client-centered, leveraging a continuous learning mindset and curiosity to stay ahead in the field, working with awareness and responsibility to deliver expert counsel. My professional journey also includes a period working in the family business during a career impasse, an experience that enriched my understanding of management, business, and related skills. As a mother, I place a high value on family and am deeply engaged in human experiences, constantly evolving in my personal growth journey. This commitment to growth extends to my professional life, where I actively support meaningful projects and advocate for the power of collaboration and mutual empowerment, especially among women. I dedicate part of my schedule to pro bono work through the “Sembrando” Project, an executive-supported initiative aimed at bolstering entrepreneurial initiatives across Uruguay. In this role, I contribute by participating in training sessions, both individually and in groups, providing tools and ideas to promote an entrepreneurial culture and inspire business ideas nationwide.
