My journey has taken me through various roles in high-growth marketplace and SaaS environments, where I’ve discovered my passion for building strong teams and driving meaningful growth. Currently at Instawork, I lead a talented group of 25 Mid-Market Account Executives across North America. Together, we’ve expanded our reach significantly—my efforts have contributed to being recognized as the top-performing Director company-wide for three consecutive years. Before stepping into this role, I had the opportunity to manage a team of 10 full-cycle Account Executives at Instawork as a Regional Sales Manager. It was here that I learned the importance of nurturing talent while consistently achieving revenue targets. Being named the top Sales Manager in both 2020 and 2021 was a proud moment for me—not just because of the accolades but because it reflected our collective hard work and dedication. My earlier experiences at Demandforce were equally rewarding. As Head of Sales Development, I oversaw a 40-person SDR organization across multiple regions and consistently exceeded lead generation targets—driving an impressive 1.5x year-over-year growth in SDR success rates. This role taught me how to create scalable sales processes that empower teams to thrive. Outside of work, I enjoy mentoring aspiring sales professionals and sharing insights from my own journey—there's something incredibly fulfilling about helping others find their path in this dynamic field.
