I am a lawyer in the finance and infrastructure group of PRIMUS Law Firm. I advise clients on various finance, energy and construction investment projects and provide legal services in such areas as acquisition and transfer of the real estate, construction, design, construction management, leasing, financing, environmental protection, certification of construction companies, land use. I represent clients in complex investment projects, where various energy and construction investments are executed in accordance with the international standards for consulting engineering and construction, based on FIDIC contracts. I am fluent in English, German, Russian and Polish languages. A large part of the clients I work with are foreign companies implementing high-value investment projects or expanding their activities in the Lithuanian market. I actively participate in the activities of the Polish - Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce (PLCC) and I am responsible for providing legal services in German (German Desk) and Polish (Polish Desk) languages in the abovementioned professional areas.
