About
On the record
I have graduated in economics with a specialization in finance and information technology with a thesis "Inequality and Growth in Italy" in Statistics. After having finished my studies I took on a job as a store manager. This role allowed me to acquire new skills, such as managing database SQL and front end software. Communicating efficiently was important to work with different customers. One of my duties was monitoring the KPI of the store and the implementation of different strategies to achieve specific goals and ensure that the results were in line with corporate standards. Clients of different nationalities were numerous, as the shop was situated in a popular tourist destination, and I had to ensure the store stood out to attract both local and foreign customers. In my current job as a customer agent at CLBS in Thailand, I've developed a truly cosmopolitan attitude. Intercultural contact has allowed me to grow professionally and personally and improve my mental flexibility. Strong professional skills, genuine and trustful relationships with my colleagues, that I am sure will last for the rest of my life, are only a few of the reasons why I am so thankful to my current employer. I am able to handle problematic situations calmly which often makes a difference between success and failure as already experienced in my present jobs where excellent customer service and flexibility are essential. In fact, as a customer agent, I had to communicate with clients in a clear and effective manner in order to achieve the targets set by the company. I am a dynamic person that is always ready to deal with new challenges and to learn new skills. It is a reason why I moved to Thailand. I put in everything I do passion and I believe that small details make a difference. Apart from my job duties, I have also covered the positions of Confident, Mentor, and Buddy which all require a high-performance mentality. The assignment of the role of a Confident proves my excellent social skills. Confident is a person that the other members of the company can confide in if in hardship and distress and can be sure to be listened to and helped. As a Mentor, my responsibilities were providing reliable training to the new colleagues' thanks to my experience and advice. I am happy to say that it resulted in improved performance and professional growth.
