First, I woud like to thank whoever decided to spend time on my profile. Without further a due. My work experiences are based on IT commerce and technical service focused companies. However, my experience goes beyond a genius bar, I also have plenty experience on customer service and customer support, on data analysis, supply chain analysis and branch administration duties. I've had a healthy relationship with my pairs, my superiors and our clients, alwys believing that you can always do something else for each of them, giving 110%, because that's the only way I know how to work. I speak English and Spanish, and in the meantime I've managed to take courses about Supply Chain Analysis, Coaching and Negotiation to strenght my habilities for both company and clients.
