With over 20 years in software development—and more than a decade in leadership—I’ve led teams, delivered projects, and supported business growth with focus and intent. I’m passionate about creating digital experiences that are intuitive, well-crafted, and centered around the people who use them. Throughout my career, I’ve stayed closely involved in the work—not just managing, but actively shaping solutions, guiding decisions, and removing roadblocks. I’ve led projects from early planning through to launch, staying hands-on in key phases of execution. Along the way, I’ve guided cross-functional and international teams, hired across borders, supported relocation, improved how teams collaborate, and helped shape strategies that keep everyone aligned and moving forward. I focus on clear structure, open communication, and creating the right conditions for great execution.
