As the Head of HR at Finoverse, the leading fintech event platform in Asia, I lead and manage the human resource functions and strategies for a diverse and dynamic team of event professionals. I am responsible for overseeing the recruitment, retention, training, and development of our staff, as well as ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Western Australia, majoring in Employment Relations, Human Resource Management, and Marketing, I have a strong foundation in the principles and practices of business and management. I have also developed and honed my skills in event planning, event operations, market research, and project management in the past 10 years. I am passionate about creating and delivering impactful and innovative corporate events. I have successfully planned and executed physical, virtual, and hybrid events, ranging from small workshops to large-scale conferences, with multiple stakeholders, speakers, sponsors, and attendees. I thrive in fast-paced and challenging environments, and who values collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement. I am always eager to learn new skills, technologies, and trends, and to share my knowledge and insights with others. My goal is to leverage my experience and expertise in HR and event management, to support and empower the growth and success of Finoverse and its team.
