I’m a passionate Agile Coach and aspiring Scrum Master with a strong foundation in software development and team leadership. With experience mentoring over 20+ junior developers in real-world Agile environments, I specialize in guiding teams through Scrum ceremonies, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement. My journey began in full-stack Java development, where I honed my technical skills and developed a deep appreciation for Agile principles.
