Douglas is a content creation professional with several years in curriculum and learning experience design, as well as management, operations, teaching, and teacher training. He's worked in a fast-paced office environment as part of the creative team of an innovative education startup, and has owned and operated a successful small business. He has done extensive freelance work, including SEO blog posts, client nurture/outreach mailers, academic articles, and - true story - product descriptions on an adult toy website. That one was fun. He is currently bringing all of these skills and experiences to bear at T.I, an academy catering to some of Incheon's highest-performing students. Douglas acts as Director, curriculum planner, and teacher in the regular class program, as well as the creator of all contents relating to the intensive reading program. In a short period of time, we have helped our students make impressive achievements in standardized reading tests including Renaissance's Star Reading and NWEA's MAP.
