Hi there! I'm a Customer Experience specialist with over 4 years of experience in client and product management across corporate environments and startups. I began my career as a graphic designer and then transitioned into the EdTech sector, where I grew from program coordinator to a Customer Experience Manager: identified client needs, gathered and analyzed feedback, and enhanced customer experience at all stages of learning. I have experience launching a global startup from scratch, where I conducted user research through CustDev interviews and CX research.
