As a licensed-trainer with a Master of Science's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, I am accustomed in doing front-to-end training by conducting needs analysis, module development, executing materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training program. Utilizing my extensive knowledge in psychology and my passion in teaching, I actively educate mental wellness by being a speaker, facilitator, and moderator at schools and universities.
