My name is Ferenc K•••, I work as a PR and marketing manager at Pensum Group Plc, whose shares are listed on the BSE. I have been working in sales since 1990. Consultative sales is really my career, and this is where I have achieved my greatest successes so far. For example, I was involved in the conclusion of a contract that brought my then employer annual sales of over one billion forints. The key to my success has been continuous self-learning, reading the literature, applying what I have read and learning from those better than me. No one is born a salesman, but anyone can become one - I was one. Competition is not far from me: in 2006, in the first Sales Guru national sales competition, I made it to the national finals, the top ten, out of about 1600 competitors. I started as a sales representative, then became a sales manager. Since May 2025, I have also been working as a partner at MetLife Magyarország. I am mainly interested in corporate group insurance.
