I provide direction and guidance to compensation and benefits to specialists and develop strategic compensation plans, align performance management systems with compensation structure and monitor negotiations. Striving for excellence while overseeing the selection and recruitment processes, I have always been responsible for decisions related to corporate branding as it relates to recruiting and retaining talented employees. In a nutshell, I ensure that the organisation I work at employs the right balance of staff in terms of experience and skills, and that development and training opportunities are always available to employees to enhance their work performance and achieve the employer's business aims.
