Hi, my name is Ema, and I am a Doctor of Economic Sciences, an entrepreneur, and a lifelong advocate for entrepreneurship, business development and talent management. Ever since I can remember, I’ve dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur. Despite living in an environment that doesn’t necessarily nurture entrepreneurial aspirations, I turned that dream into reality. Along the way, I gained invaluable experiences, working with individuals and teams, developing ideas, and solving complex challenges. This journey also refined my ability to guide others in unlocking their full potential, both individuals and organizations. Whether it's helping people achieve their professional aspirations or supporting businesses in scaling and thriving, my focus is on driving growth and maximizing opportunities. The insights I’ve gathered over the years inspired me to create two companies and an NGO that embody my passion for growth and impact: Zenos: Focused on empowering individuals through the realization of various projects that build knowledge and skills, helping them become more competitive in the job market. Ministry of Outsourcing (MOO): Specializing in helping startups and tech companies enter foreign markets using cutting-edge business development strategies. WISE - Women’s Institute for Skills and Entrepreneurship: A dynamic NGO dedicated to fostering lifelong learning, empowering women and marginalized groups, and building inclusive communities through impactful projects and partnerships. I firmly believe that knowledge multiplies when shared. This belief drives me to support others, whether through skill development, market expansion, or helping aspiring entrepreneurs take the first steps in starting their own businesses and building a sustainable entrepreneurial journey.
