I started fiddling around with Photoshop and Flash when I was 12, since then I've loved everything interactive and pixel-perfect and made my biggest hobby into a career. I've done almost every job in this industry. I started out as a developer, flash animator, and designer. Then I moved into production and project management. I've hired, trained, and managed international teams of producers, developers, motion designers, and creatives. I've done account development and countless pitches and presentations. Currently I'm focusing on what I love most which is the creative idea and the craft.
