I love working in Real Estate - helping people to market their homes, attain their goals and guiding them through the transaction process. Over the last 25 years I've built on my buying and selling experiences to develop the knowledge which my customers and clients can rely on for a successful result. I opened Cranfields Property Bermuda Ltd, my own Real Estate company in 2013. Designing and developing CPB's website with my husband and extending our social reach has been exciting, challenging but well worth it. As the now Past Chairperson of the Real Estate Division on the Bermuda Chamber of Commerce, I have been heavily involved in real estate industry of Bermuda. I have participated on its behalf with the Bermuda Government working on the industry's requirements for AML as well as ensuring ethical standards remain high in real estate. I oversaw Bermuda's acceptance as a Bi-Lateral Partner of the National Association of Realtors and now Bermuda Real Estate Agents may become Members of NAR and call themselves Realtors. A background in landscape and interior design followed by a career in sales helped lead the way to where I am today. The experience of living in the UK, South Africa, USA and now here in Bermuda gives me a varied life perspective and an understanding of the expectations of international clients.
