Good Governance and community development practitioner (local and international one) with experience in Good Governance. Making “good governance” implies many different things in many different contexts and my experiences are diverse in this regard as well: Municipal development and decentralization; Policy reform; Citizen engagement and oversight; Public administration reform; Community and civil society development as well as organization and human resources; Advocacy, Capacity building and organizational development (of staff, local governments, community based organizations (CBOs), LNGOs, Civic Advisory Councils (CACs), media, private sector, civil society representatives, etc); Public engagement, stakeholder relationships; Human rights, civic integration; Provision of diverse technical assistance; Arranging public-private partnerships for joint benefit of communities and organizations, develop capacity of private sector and civil society actors; Program and project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation; Grants management, overseeing grantees and contracted organizations and firms, Leadership and policy work, towards on-going reforms in Georgia; Coordination the work of independent consultants and overall supervision of it in multiple areas under the changing context in governance in Georgia.
