With a diverse background in management, training, and technology since 2009, I am a trilingual (English, French, and Haitian Creole) project manager based in London, Ontario. As co-founder of Doralya, a software company dedicated to meeting the digital needs of Haitian schools and businesses, I have had the opportunity to transform complex challenges into user-friendly solutions. Our greatest achievement is a platform that provides IT solutions to educational institutions. Driven by my passion for training, I recently led a project to expand the training center at the Airport National Authority (AAN) in Haiti. My expertise extends to effective project management, the design and delivery of customized training programs, and the integration of digital technology to optimize operations. Despite the extremely challenging environment, I was able to rally stakeholders around this project, structure a training unit within the Human Resources Department, work with a multidisciplinary team to lay the groundwork for the Center's physical structure, propose a training program, and conduct various training sessions for the institution's engineers, coordinators and executive directors. As a project manager, I firmly believe in the power of teamwork and ensure that every team member feels valued and heard. My goal is to bring projects to life, enhance work experiences, and facilitate team growth. My areas of expertise- Project Management: Efficient planning, execution, monitoring, and project closure- Training and Development: Identifying learning needs, designing, and delivering customized training programs-Digital Transformation: Integrating digital technology across business operations to enhance operations and deliver value. Motivated by tangible impact and the pursuit of innovative solutions, I am seeking a new project management challenge in Canada, where I can leverage my skills and experience to contribute to the success of an ambitious organization.
