Organization and creativity might seem like two opposing concepts at first but I describe myself by these two traits. Creativity is crucial not only in arts but in management politics as well. I understand the organization as an integrated, complex composition of many interconnected systems that need to work together for the whole to function successfully, therefore I am identifying myself as internal consultant and applying my competence as a combination of company knowledge, additional expertise and core consulting skills. “Every detail is important because the end result is the sum of all the details involved in the creative process, no matter what we are doing.” (Massimo Vignelli)
