A Human Resource and Learning professional with over two decades of experience. My experience has been in People and Organization capability building and HR Process Consulting. My primary areas of work have been in organization effectiveness, leadership development, change management, talent management and group facilitation. I believe, very strongly in the spirit and potential of people and systems and I work towards unleashing this energy and potential for increased organizational health where people are more productive, successful and fulfilled. Co-founder of 3 companies – Boundless Minds (Emotional Intelligence programs for children), Transformatrix (Transformative Alignment Mapper ) and Orajas Teas and Botanicals (Speciality Tea company). Co-author - Discover the Alchemist Within, a guide to personal growth and transformation. I am a Fellow with – Sumedhas, The Academy For Human Context.
