Who am I? Digital Performance Manager (Senior Digital Media Planner and Strategist) 🧘 Swásthya Yôga Teacher Thermomix® | Bimby® Advisor Volunteer Amateur Actress on hold Different passions that balance each other! In both, I improve performance all the way up: from bottom to top; from the body to mind; from people to processes. I started working in Digital Marketing in 2010, and I am deepening and specializing my knowledge since then, while sharing it to improve businesses: increasing and optimizing results each day. I fell in love with Swásthya Yôga in São Paulo in 2014 and never stopped practicing since then, so much that I am myself a Yôga Teacher since 2020. Loving teaching, and never stop learning! 🪷 🧑 I've been improving my cooking and eating habits with better time management and healthy options, since 2014 when I started deepening my nutritional education at Prozis®. I am a Bimby® client, since 2018, and in 2022, I became a Bimby® advisor, which enables me to share this passion with other families and make their lives easier, happier, healthier and greener 🤫 🥬 When I moved to Póvoa de Varzim in 2014 I finally got the opportunity to take acting classes and start doing some plays as an amateur actress. This is a long-lasting passion, that increased since then and is now on hold until the next challenge appears. 🫶
