I am a seasoned production Supervisor/Quality Manager for a high quality production facility. I had extensive machine operating experience before moving into the production supervisor roll. After several successful years in supervision, I then accepted the new position of Quality Control Manager, proceeded to organized and developed a Quality Control program from the ground up. I established the system and processes needed for this new department to succeed, plus manage 6 analyst who's responsibility it is to ensure outstanding quality of high end offset catalogs. I work daily with customers to guarantee their experience from start to finish is second to none. I face different challenges everyday and being mobile, flexible and detail oriented is a must. My attention to detail and willingness to make sure every customer walks away completely satisfied is the goal we set every day.
