Most of my experience is in recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding. I worked in companies with up to 50 people, in which the recruiting process was in the initial stages. I have experience in building recruiting processes from scratch (team work), hiring Junior, Middle, Senior, Tech Lead specialists (PHP (Laravel, Symfony), React Native.Net, DevOps, LeadGen, QA), conducting pre-screens. My level of written English is B1, spoken English is A2. This doesnʼt prevent me from creating quality job descriptions and candidate CVs in English without ChatGPT. Polish - elementary.
