Kudzanai has over seven years’ post-graduation experience in the community infrastructure development, water supply and sanitation engineering sector in both rural and urban Zimbabwe. He has a wide range of engineering skills that cover technical designing, contract administration, project management, planning and training in roles undertaken as Projects (WASH and Food Assistance for Assets) Engineer, WASH Consultant and Engineering Lecturer. Has extensive technical design experience on structural design, water supply and wastewater systems and hydraulic structures (dams). He possesses excellent knowledge and experience of the feasibility to detailed design stages of a project life-cycle, with a proven track record of project planning, delivery and management, quality assurance and client relationships of major WASH and FFA projects. He has acquired admirable communication and presentation skills having presented research and technical papers at the Delft International Conference on Socio-hydrology, 6-8 September 2021. Delft, Netherlands and the 22nd WaterNet/WARFSA/GWPSA Symposium, 20-22 October 2021. Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. He has proven ability to exercise independent engineering judgment and does not shy away from taking responsibilities. He is a logical thinker with strategic and pragmatic analytical skills and has an innovative, imaginative and creative approach to problem solving. Is equally comfortable applying logic, reason and lateral thinking to tasks and challenges. Kudzanai is a team-player who is committed to building a strong team and creating a culture that recognizes and rewards teamwork success. Respects and shares ideas and knowledge and has a natural talent for establishing enduring professional relationships. Relates very well with peers and professionals alike. He holds a Master’s Degree in Water Resources Engineering and Management program with the University of Zimbabwe. Kudzanai holds the “Chancellor’s Award for Overall Best Master’s Graduate whose Research and innovation has potential for industrialization and great impact on society” from the University of Zimbabwe.
