Have been a part of pre-opening team and one management change in various capacities with the leading hospitality brands like The Oberoi Group Taj group of hotels & resorts and The Claridges Hotels Delhi NCR.Have handled opening an Indian specialty restaurant from project co-ordination stage to establishment of operations. In my current role in addition to restaurant operation control I am also responsible for people management training & development. Plan forecast and budget the revenues and cost for the outlet. Continuously improve and innovate upon product and services to achieve a larger market share and retain regular guests of the restaurant.
