As a Public Affairs Counsellor at Compass Rose, Kyra leverages her experience in federal policy development and political communications with her passion for cyber security and defence modernization to help clients engage government stakeholders and advance policy objectives. Bridging an academic focus on the evolution of cyber warfare and mis-and-dis-information with her ability to strategically navigate the federal political and bureaucratic landscape, she supports clients in areas as diverse as national defence, foreign aid, and cloud security and migration. Kyra holds an honours bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Ottawa, and is committed to increasing youth engagement in Canadian politics. Specialties include: government relations strategy, event operations and logistics, communications strategy, narrative and message development, cyber and defence modernization policy.
