As a Professional Coach and Coach Trainer, I support you in releasing your full potential - as an individual, as a team and as an organization. For me leadership is about fostering a culture where employees thrive and I daily see the evidence that coaching is an enabler for making this happen. As owner of Leapfrog, one of Swedens leading companies within ICF accredited coach trainings, I live my passion as a trainer helping others to explore the potential of coaching. I have long and broad experience of Lean and Agile and have been engaged in several organizational transformations. I have throughout the years coached hundreds of individuals with a large variety of challenges and teams spanning from development teams to senior leadership teams. My work is my passion and I truly believe in the potential in all people and organizations - I believe this as one of my biggest strengths and characterize me as a genuine coach, trainer and consultant. I use my passion, enthusiasm and coaching skills to spread positive energy and help you to grow!
