I am a professional negotiator who takes responsibility for the outcome of negotiations. I specialize in difficult interpersonal communication, social influence (manipulation), deception detection (lies) and negotiating in conflicts of interest (B2B, trade unions, local community, board of shareholders). I have been in sales and negotiation since 1991. From 1995 to 2006 I ran a foreign trade and a debt collection firm. I am passionate about interpersonal communication, both verbal and non-verbal, especially in the areas of influence (pragmatics) and forensic linguistics. Due to my extensive professional experience (difficult negotiations and crises) and the know-how I have developed, I am also developing in the academic field, preparing a doctoral dissertation on "credibility testing of managerial communication in the conflict of interests". Below is my recent experience in conducting difficult negotiations for clients: In 2022, I prepared the strategy and strengthened 6 negotiation teams (5 autonomous factories) for negotiations with 7 unions, where all teams reached an agreement ahead of schedule. In 2022, I was involved in negotiating between the Air Traffic Controllers Trade Union and the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA), where the conflict of interest could have paralyzed Polish air transportation, generating hundreds of millions in losses per month. In 2021, I prepared negotiation strategies for conducting difficult negotiations with 15 trade unions, where I conducted a thorough linguistic analysis of communications between HR departments and trade unions. In 2021, I prepared a negotiation strategy and a women team to negotiate with trade unions, resulting in a savings of PLN in the company's annual budget. In 2016, I prepared the strategy and conducted negotiations with trade unions, resulting in savings of PLN in the company's annual budget.
