Vincent Kyle P••• is a Defense Research Analyst at the Office of Naval Strategic Studies and Strategy Management, Philippine Navy. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, with Minor Degrees in History and Philosophy, from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2022. His research interests include political and international relations theory, Philippine politics and foreign policy, SEA comparative politics, and US-China great power competition.
