Senior QA Engineer | QA Lead I’m a QA Engineer with 6+ years of experience across Web, Mobile, and Backend testing, driving quality in both small and large-scale projects. Key achievements: Reduced release time after code freeze from 7 → 2–3 business days by redesigning QA processes, test automation jobs, and release planning (Wanna/Farfetch). Implemented Zero Bug Policy in a mobile team (Yandex.Music), cutting down production-critical bugs and backlog. Optimized AR/3D product testing by introducing screenshot-based UI tests and FPS measurement tools, improving stability and performance. Designed Acceptance Criteria, Definition of Done, release checklists, and quality gates that brought transparency and predictability to releases.
