Technical knowledge of Fibre Network Designing and Implementation. • Understand on Passive Optical Fibre Network Rollout and Network Architecture. • Technical competent on DWDM, FTTH, FTTP, GPON technology. • Sound knowledge on SpatialNet and NBN Design Architecture. • Excellent knowledge of Passive Optical Fibre out-side plant infrastructure. • Advance knowledge in using MapInfo, Google Earth, AutoCAD and other MS Office (Power point, Word, Excel) packages. • Excellent knowledge and experience in Out-Side Plant (OSP) design works in optical fibre network,[Open-trenching, Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), Aerial cabling, Duct laying, cable blowing/pulling, Splicing, Pressure testing] indoor equipment installation, commissioning and acceptance procedures. • Hands-on experience for Fibre Cable Testing with Optical Time-Domain Reflectometer (OTDR) & power meter/source. • Hands-on experience in test equipment and cables (SDH analyser, Ethernet tester, BER tester) and network troubleshooting. • Specific knowledge from abstract to detailed-level network design, route and capacity planning for Fibre Optic base transmission systems. • Advance knowledge and experience on PDH, SPDH, SDH, Hybrid, and Full IP microwave transmission technologies. • Technical competent and hands-on-experience in Ericsson, NEC, Siemens, Harris, Harris Startex and SIAE series of microwave products. • Have strong competent of planning, organizational and attention to details of Project Management Perspective. • Experience to develop BOQs, BOMs and update Field Inspection Reports.
