I have been in the UAV/ROV industry for over 20 years, working with and teaching pioneering remote technologies that bring cost effective aerial and underwater inspections, surveys and mapping services to the offshore oil and gas industry and other commercial operations. With over hours of manual drone flights in some of the most extreme environments, I have the experience and operational skills to deliver effective flight operations and advanced skills training, while bringing the behaviors and attitudes of a robust offshore safety culture to the commercial drone industry. Coming from a background in electronic engineering and telecommunications, I now lead the strategic & technical projects of Volatus Aerospace, working closely with R&D, the regulatory bodies and our drone workforce.
