Born and bred New Yorker currently Chef/Co-founder of Kora. Operations professional with a Bachelor’s Degree focused in Culinary Arts Management from The Culinary Institute of America. I am a passionate, driven individual with a love for connecting with others through the broad, yoking lens of food. I have been working in restaurants and large-scale professional kitchens for the last few years before I began my own business amid the pandemic.
