Data talks, nonsense walks! The transformation that many companies are undergoing is acting on gut feeling to evidence-based. In order to create or maintain a future-proof organization, they are forced to base their decision-making on facts, extracted by information gained from data. Throughout my career, I have transformed companies into more data-driven organizations. Creating reports and interactive dashboards by combining internal with external data, extracted from different sources, is what resulted in insights for better decision-making. As a data professional, colleagues often ask me to help them analyzing their data. Although being analytical is one of my core values, others perceive me as a social, easy-going person. I believe that working in a team makes your idea's perspective wider, guiding you in a different direction that leads to new solutions. My path to achieve success starts with ambition, which can be used as fuel for motivation.
